Order Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel is opened and accepted, it will be considered as delivered in good condition.

Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacement or return in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

After verification, our team will guide you regarding the replacement or return process.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Product opened or used after delivery
